One of the most important considerations while purchasing an imported machine is the availability of quality backup services and spare parts. At HBR we believe and as we have always done, service is of critical importance to our customers.

Installation and Commissioning of the machines is done by our expert engineers. We give special attention to the training of the operators for optimum use of machines as well as the basic maintenance of machines.

We have three times the number of service engineers as sales staff. These engineers are being constantly trained and updated by our principal companies.

The spare parts required for the customer's machines are stocked either with HBR or with the Principals, which ensures immediate delivery and minimum down time.

To provide faster, more efficient and professional service to all our customers, initiatives have been taken including the provision of a service hot line.
